Liability Waiver
By participating in any Valora Movement class, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own physical safety and well-being. We provide a space for movement, but we do not guarantee injury prevention or specific outcomes. Please consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program.
Membership Agreement
Valora Movement memberships are valid for the duration specified in the purchase agreement. Founding Member rates are locked in until September 30, 2026. Cancellations and no-shows are subject to our cancellation policy. Membership fees are non-refundable after the first class is attended.
Cancellation Policy
We encourage you to reserve your spot in advance. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full class rate. Guests are welcome to join waitlists for classes that are full.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Valora Movement collects information to manage your membership and bookings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide services and improve your experience within our community.
